Yangebup Little Athletics Club

Little Athletics Australia promotes family, fun and fitness

Welcome to

Yangebup Lakes  Little Athletics Club

Yangebup Lakes is part of Cockburn Little Athletics Centre (CLAC) and competes weekly against Jandakot Flyers and Phoenix Park at Santich Park in Munster.

Yangebup trains on Monday and Wednesday night from 5 pm – 6.30pm at Nicholson Park Yangebup with occasional sessions at Santich Park. In terms of member numbers, Yangebup is the smaller of the three clubs but what it brings is a tightknit culture with athletes able to practice their drills more often and coaches have more time to hone individual techniques.

Those involved with the club in 2018-2019 are very proud of winning the Champion Club with Average Points.

We welcome all new families to our club with the hope that we can help your child strive toward the best results as possible.

The ITCC is a non accredited practical coaching course designed for Little Athletics and conducted on behalf of Coles Little Athletics Australia.

The long jump is a sport in athletics (track and field), where athletes compete by comparing lengths of their jumps.

As the name suggests, it is based upon the sport of athletics (track and field). There is a wide range of events from running, jumping, throwing and walking

Cross Country is a great way for athletes to keep fit in the off season. It also provides a great warm up or training run for other sports.
